Mrs. Oyefunke Araba-Lashmann Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Transfer Consulting Limited had a successful career in government at both state and federal level. Her area of expertise is in intellectual property rights (IPR) and negotiations. Processing of technology transfer agreements (licensing and franchising).

Mrs. Lashmann worked with the Ogun State Government at the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, thereafter moved to the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) in January 1983. She was Director (TADI) at NOTAP until her retirement in December 2010 due to the Federal Government policy that mandates officers to retire after eight years as director.

Mrs. Lashmann holds a B.A.(Honors) from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Lagos. She obtained a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from the WIPO Academy in Geneva.
